Have you ever had pain so bad you wanted to literally kill yourself?
Trigeminal Neuralgia causes exactly that; it is a pain syndrome that drives some people to take their own life. In a recent report by the Blair Upper Cervical Society the link between the upper neck and this terrible pain syndrome are discussed.
The trigeminal nerve is one of the largest nerves to come off of the base of your brain. It controls how you feel your own face…so when it is irritated (“neuralgia”) it causes horribles pains, much like having a root canal done withOUT novocaine!
Depending on where the nerve goes, that part of the face can be affected. Pain in the eyes, pain in the cheek bones, pain in the jaw or in the teeth…all can be caused by this condition.
But there IS hope for those in pain. In a RECENT VIDEO Dr. Bulow interviewed one of his patients who had trigeminal neuralgia. Like many patients you will learn of the pain, but more importantly, you will hear about the recovery that is possible for many people suffering with this terrible condition.
